Paying Trek/Adventure Fee
The purchase of any travel services offered by Yashaswi Himalayas Trek constitutes a contractual arrangement between Yashaswi Himalayas Trek (‘First Party’) and Client (hereinafter referred as ‘You’) (‘Second Party’). Both Parties are hereinafter referred as (‘Parties’). Booking of services with Yashaswi Himalayas Trek represents your unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions set out herein. These terms and conditions shall be binding on you and all the travel companions booked by you.
Trekking, Peak Climbing and Mountaineering in Himalayan region carries an inherent risk to life and property of both Parties. The weather changes in minutes causing injury and death, which is beyond Yashaswi Himalayas Trek control. Yashaswi Himalayas Trek does its best to reduce all types of risks, discomfort and hazard to the best of their ability (within financial constraints), yet there are chances of accidents, mishaps and deficiency in service. Ergo, you must agree with these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these terms prior to confirming your booking.
Communication
All the communication will be done through the email ID submitted by the candidate in the booking form. Yashaswi Himalayas Trek is not responsible for loss or delay of communication due to incorrect email ID submitted by the candidates.
In case of change in email ID, Yashaswi Himalayas Trek should be informed in writing on info@yashaswihimalayas.com at the earliest.
Cancellation Terms
Yashaswi Himlayas Trek must receive notification of cancellation in writing. At the time we receive your written cancellation, refunds based on the total fare are as follows:
For the cancellation Policy
For the cancellation of trek services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing.
Cancellations prior to 24 days from the start of the trek
Book any other trek till one year or get 95% refund
(Note: If the trek charges are more, the balance needs to be paid by the trekker)
Cancellation between 24 days and 14 days to the start of the trek
Choose to go for the same trek, with any other batch, till year or get 70% refund
Cancellation between 14 days and 10 days to the start of the trek
Choose to go on the same trek, in the same season, with any other batch or get 50% refund
Cancellation less than 10 days to the start of the trek
No Refund. Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend.
Note
- Change of trek batch is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.
- In case of transferring a trek to a friend, he/she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements put forward by Yashaswi Himalayas Trek.
- Yashaswi Himalayas Trek holds the right to change/cancel the policies, without prior notice.

Itineraries are based on information available at the time of planning and are subject to change. Yashaswi Himalayas Trek reserves the right to change expedition dates, people or itineraries as conditions warrant. If a trip must be delayed or the itinerary changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, airline schedules, sickness, or other contingency for which Yashaswi Himalayas Trek or its agents cannot make provision, the cost of delays and/or other changes are the responsibility of the participant. Yashaswi Himalayas Trek reserves the right to decline, or accept, any individual as a trip member for any reason whatsoever.
Refund Terms
No refund (Partial or otherwise) will be made if you voluntarily leave or drop out of a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
In case, Yashaswi Himalayas Trek cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances it would be happy to suggest an alternative trip/dates. You shall be notified of same. You may accept the alternate trip suggestion, voucher (with one year redeemable limitation) or request another trip of your choice. The difference in cost, if applicable, will have to be borne by you. Yashaswi Himalayas Trek shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any additional costs, credit card charges, TAC(s), travel arrangements including but not limited to flight cancellation, railway, hotel, visas costs, onward arrangements coinciding with this trip etc. Refunds in such a scenario will happen as per our cancellation policy.
Refunds are not possible for any missed or unused services including voluntary/involuntary termination of tour on account of sickness, death of a family member, late arrival on the tour etc.
Yashaswi Himalayas Trek is also not liable to pay any compensation for any loss arising as a consequence of trip curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation due to any reasons. However, you expressly agree that, in any event, the maximum liability of Yashaswi Himalayas Trek will be limited to the trip cost paid to Yashaswi Himalayas Trek.
